Steve Davidson has more than 30 years’ experience as a solicitor and has built up a large and loyal following.

Steve specialises in property transactions, both residential and commercial, involving sales, purchase, leasing and mortgages. He also specialises in employment matters, including drafting employment and associated contracts, settlement agreements and dispute resolution, including representation at employment tribunals. Steve also has a strong background in civil dispute resolution in contractual matters. His extensive client base ranges from private clients, local businesses and farmers to national holiday park operators. Outside work, Steve is a past chairman of Beverley Round Table and is now a regular at Beverley 41 Club. He is also a past president of the group and an active member of the club’s cycling group – he can usually be spotted towards the rear of the peloton. He is also a keen skier and, after hanging up his boots, Steve now follows football, rugby league and cricket. Family man Steve is also a dab hand in the kitchen and enjoys cooking. A former pupil of Beverley Grammar School, the father of two now has links with Beverley High School, where he is a governor.
