Jim is a solicitor and has more than 20 years of experience working with all manner of accident claims.

Jim’s emphasis is very much on the individual person’s needs to direct them in a comfortable and accessible way through the claims process, aiming to provide the best possible result for them. Jim fully appreciates that his clients can initially be unaware of the claim process and are often anxious about making a claim.

He is very proud to ensure that his clients are put at ease and to provide them with the best guidance, representation and service possible.

Hannah Cook began her legal career in 1998 as an office junior at Williamsons. Hannah progressed to a secretarial position in 1999, and has been a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury department since 2001.

Hannah works as a Paralegal in the Personal Injury Department with a specialism in dealing with road traffic accident claims.  Claims are considered for drivers, passengers, children, pedestrians, passengers on buses, cyclists and motorcyclists.  Examples of the types of claims Hannah helps with include rear end shunts, head on collisions, accidents at junctions, roundabouts, cyclists knocked off their bikes and pedestrians hit by a vehicle.

She also has many years’ experience in helping with claims for victims of uninsured and untraced drivers via the Motor Insurers Bureau.

Hannah can deal with your claim from start to finish, advising on all steps along the way.  As well as dealing with the injury side of your claim, she can also help recover losses such as loss of earnings and medical expenses.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching her young son play football.

Helen has worked as a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury Department since 2001, initially dealing with all types of claims but for the last 8 years specialising in Road Traffic Accident claims.  These include rear end collisions, bus claims, car park accidents, cyclist collisions, untraced and uninsured vehicles.

Helen helps clients through the whole claims process from start to finish, making sure they are fully informed and understand each stage.  Helen understands that some claims are not just about being compensated financially where there are ongoing issues requiring treatment. Helen can liaise with Opponents and Rehabilitation providers were appropriate, and takes a great satisfaction where treatment has been successful.

In this day and age it’s never been easier for client’s to communicate with Helen.  Helen has a young family and understands making a phone call during the traditional working day isn’t always practical.  All communications are dealt with as quickly as possible so no one is ever left in the dark about what stage their claim is at.
